When Nicole saw my little Thank you cards she was inspired to create something similar. She grabbed my new Eat Chocolate stamp set and made some really fun cards. She decided to use the retired color of Close to Cocoa but crumb cake or chocolate chip would work just as nice. She even found my retired Close to Cocoa retired DSP matching paper which made it even more fun. She stamped each of the stamps on Very Vanilla Card Stock. The cards measure 3″ by 6″ and folded in half to make them 3″ X 3″. The DSP is cut at 2 3/4″ X 2 3/4″.
She use the for you out of my Vintage Vogue stamp set and use the Very Vanilla Seam binding ribbon. If you decide to create something similar and don’t understand my directions for the folder from yesterdays entry, e-mail me and I will try to make it more clear for you.
Any way here is what her final results were:
She did not spend a lot of time fussing over each of these like I would have, hers are very simple but the result was fabulous. She sponged the edge of her DSP just for fun. She used the Label punch, the 2″ X 1 3/8 Large Oval, and cut the last one with the paper cutter.
This stamp set is only available until the end of April and then I am sure it will be gone. If you want one get a hold of me and I will help you get it or order it through my on-line store.
